This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Moves Academy ("we," "us," "the site") collects when you visit aimovesacademy.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English on purpose — but it's a real legal policy, so please read it.

What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. Here's the full list:
- Your email address — only if you choose to give it to us, by signing up for the free weekly email, requesting the AI Moves Starter Pack, or submitting our quiz. We don't require you to create an account to read anything on the site.
- Quiz answers — when you use the "Find my moves" quiz, your answers are used to show you relevant AI moves. If you give us your email at the end, your answers may be stored with your email so we can tailor what we send you.
- Basic usage data — when you visit, our analytics tools automatically record non-identifying information like which pages you viewed, the type of device and browser you used, the general region you're in (from your IP address — we do not store your full IP for advertising), and the site that referred you. This helps us learn which moves are useful.
- Things you save on your own device — if you "save" a move to your playbook, that's stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It never reaches us.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs, etc.). Please don't put sensitive information into the quiz or any form.
How we use it
- To send you the free weekly AI move and the Starter Pack you asked for.
- To show you AI moves that fit your work or life (e.g. quiz results).
- To understand what's working so we can make the site better.
- To reply to you if you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your email address to anyone. Ever.
The third parties we use
To run the site we rely on a few trusted service providers. They only get the information they need to do their job, and they're not allowed to use it for their own purposes:
- Klaviyo — our email platform. When you subscribe, your email address (and any quiz preferences) are stored with Klaviyo so we can send you the weekly email and the Starter Pack. See Klaviyo's privacy policy.
- Our website host (e.g. Netlify) and a small server endpoint that records new subscriptions.
- Analytics — we use privacy-respecting website analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you around the internet.
If we ever add a new email or analytics provider, we'll update this list.
Cookies & tracking
We keep cookies to a minimum. We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies (like your browser's local storage) to remember things like the moves you've saved and to gather anonymous visit statistics. We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you. For the full breakdown, see our Cookie Notice. You can clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your rights & choices
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out — no questions.
- Access or delete your data. You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email ike@discountedprinting.com and we'll take care of it.
- Opt out of "sale." We don't sell your data, so there's nothing to opt out of — but if you're in a place like California (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK (GDPR), you still have the rights above, and we honor them for everyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove you from our active lists. We keep anonymous, aggregated analytics indefinitely because it can't identify you.
Children's privacy
AI Moves Academy is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we work with established providers (like Klaviyo) that do the same. No system online is 100% secure, but we treat your data with care and collect as little of it as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Big changes will be made obvious.
